Turmeric Capsules

This herb is included in many Ayurvedic formulas, and, increasingly, in Western formulas both in Europe and the United States for liver and digestive ailments. 

Turmeric capsules have been used by our clients and by many others around the world for issues as varied as improving circulation, regulation of menstrual cycle, reducing fevers, nosebleed, stretching ligaments, and curing menstrual cramps.

Some loose stool may be possible, as turmeric is effective against many types of stomach pathogens that entrench themselves and silently affect stomach function from then on. For eliminating harmful bowel bacteria, Hulda Clark recommends 2 capsules 3 times per day of turmeric “which I find helps against Shigella, as well as E. coli.  Expect orange colored stool.”

If you feel benefits and not too many detox symptoms, think about adding a second dose to another mealtime. Next day, have a third dose. Some may wish to start with a larger dose, but this would be dependent upon their research and is not recommended.

A useful dose we find for most patients is 1 cap 3x per day and in severe cases 2 caps 3x day. This can be cycled on and off to see if benefits hold when no longer taking turmeric.
